Workout Description: In this workout your clients will feel it from the centre of their core outwards. A full-body intense hour that will have them hurting the next day guaranteed! Anything with a partner is harder as they push each other and embark on a little friendly competition. You can modify any moves that may not work for some of your clients, keep a close watch on form and push everyone to their max.

Equipment: Stop watch & 3 pylons, BUT if you do not have pylons; use water bottles, sweaters… anything!
